Types and Structure of Parallel Shaft Gear Reducers
Parallel shaft reducers are equipped with spur gears, helical gears or double‑helical gears; their input shafts and output shafts run in parallel. Standard reduction ratios: single‑stage 1:1~1:7, two‑stage 1:10~1:30, three‑stage and above 1:5~1:200.
General Features of Parallel Shaft Reducers
High‑precision gears deliver extremely high transmission efficiency (single‑stage efficiency: 95%~98%).
Long service life is guaranteed with proper lubrication. Standardized gear components help cut production costs. Spur‑gear reducers can also be applied for speed increasing.
